Adding zing to the corporate 

We turned San Miguel de Allende’s premier luxury real estate company into a fresh brand with a clean, edgy aesthetic. Focusing on web design, we fulfilled our brief by redesigning the logo and building an enticing web presence.

Agave is a luxury real estate broker based in the refined and cultured San Miguel de Allende, in the heart of the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Focused on delivering a high quality service to clients all around the world, Agave offers a range of historic and modern properties in and around San Miguel de Allende as well as throughout Mexico. With development projects centred around luxury holiday rentals, Agave needed us to develop a brand and accompanying strategy to target younger customers.     

Brand Identity

A clean, minimal aesthetic drives Agave’s new brand feel, punctuated with a touch of symbolism and a dash of timeless luxury. The logo, with its vertical design, symbolises a lock, with its letter softly rotating into their final position, mimicking the unlocking of a bolt, a metaphor for unlocking the door to your new home. Keeping the symbolism at its lightest, we focused on working with elegant fonts and a minimal colour palette – charcoals, whites and off whites, and metallics, a nod to the silver and gold cities of Guanajuato and Zacatecas, which brought prosperity (and beautiful Haciendas) to San Miguel de Allende. This soft, monochromatic palette contrasts nicely with the colours of the homes which, in this part of the world, are vibrantly hued. Finally, the Agave plant itself, the base ingredient for Mezcal, was featured in gold emboss throughout our print work. We deployed this clean aesthetic throughout our work for Agave.      

The Website

In line with the brief, we designed a clean and modern website, featuring plenty of white, minimal fonts and sleek picture layouts. We chose to feature a parallax design, allowing for a more immersive experience.  

The Home Page

A sleek parallax design, featuring beautiful photography and minimal information. A 3 title menu provides the the viewer with easy access to the most sought after options. As the user scrolls down, a sleek, inviting and intuitive redesign of the classic search form appears, followed by an updated property feature. Finally, and introduction to the about us section appears before the footer, which contains all the necessary contact information. A sleek, minimal and immersive homepage design for a seamless experience.  

The Property Page

Designed to be elegant and immersive, our property pages also provide potential clients with all the information needed to fully immerse themselves in the homes. We chose to heavily feature photos and videos when available.   

The Mobile Site

In line with the brief, we designed a clean and modern website, featuring plenty of white, minimal fonts and sleek picture layouts. We chose to feature a parallax design, allowing for a more immersive experience.
